Chromebooks

Chromebooks are Google’s most successful computing product and do well in the general market and is leading in education. Designs include tradition clamshell and 2-in-1 laptops which can be used as a laptop or a tablet. Most Chromebooks support Android apps and are priced as low as 130 to as high as 1,700 dollars.

Chromebox

A Chromebox is a small (5″ x 5″) single board computer running Chrome OS which serves when connected to a monitor, keyboard, and mouse as a desktop computer. These units are also used as video conferencing and kiosk solutions.

Considered legacy or niche, they are not updated frequently and may not be generally available.

Chromebase

A Chromebase is an All-In-One Desktop Computer running Chrome OS. This product is also considered legacy or niche and may not be generally available.

Chromebit

Not included on this page, a Chromebit is a candy-bar-sized Chrome OS device which turns any HDMI monitor or TV, wireless keyboard, and mouse into a desktop computer. This product is considered niche or hobbyist and is priced at less than 100 dollars.
